It was a fitting occasion that heralded the Easter celebrations when the President of Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU), Dr. Carol Marian S. Enriquez, completed the prestigious Owner/President Management Program 51 (OPM) from the Harvard Business School (HBS).
Dr. Enriquez dedicated 23 months of her time in further education spread across three calendar years. This included 300 hours in-class, 75 hours of small group discussions, 500 hours of assigned cases/ class preparation, and the analysis of over 120 HBS case studies.
The HBS website states, “For more than 40 years, the Owner/President Management (OPM) program has been helping the world’s top executives and entrepreneurs realize their true leadership potential.”
With the comprehensive and challenging OPM curriculum, learners studied Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Leadership, Control, Finance, Negotiations, Operations & Technology, and Innovation.
This year’s batch of OPM’s 51st Session featured 136 participants from over 37 countries. Six of them were Filipinos with four based in the Philippines. Also, there were only 19 women in the group, and two of them were Filipinas.
The University takes pride in the world-class accomplishment of Dr. Enriquez.
