Externally Funded Scholarship Grants and Other Financial Aids
Numerous external scholarship grants and aids are available to students. These scholarships and grants are funded by national, local, and private groups or foundations. The following is not an exhaustive list of all the externally funded scholarship grants and financial aid, and this list may change from time to time:
- CHED Scholarships (Tertiary Education Subsidy, Tulong Dunong, StuFAPs)
- DOST-SEI Merit Scholarship Program
- PVAO (Philippine Veteran Dependents)
- AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) Scholarship
- OWWA Scholarship Fund
- PAMET Scholarship (for Medical Laboratory Sciences only)
- Philippine Dental Association Scholarship (for College of Dentistry only)
- Local Government Scholarships/ Grants
- Corporate and Private Scholarships

Scholarship Applications
Scholarships provide an opportunity for people to pursue their education without the trouble of paying for it. Scholarships can fill financial gaps and decrease the chances and need for loans that people usually opt for to finish their studies.
Payment Plans
We know that facing a large lump sum payment can be financially intimidating that’s why OLFU offers Payment Plans that allow students to make several smaller payments on an agreed upon schedule until they have paid off the full amount of OLFU’s tuition fees.
