Overview
The College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) reinforces students with a general foundation in business administration, and progressing thereafter to a mastery of concepts, tools and skills needed for advanced management and financial science with practical exposure in the real business world through its practicum program and industry linkages.
Today, students of the College of Business and Accountancy reap the full benefits from OLFU’s world-class learning platforms and resources which are paired with state-of-the-art facilities and laboratories—all delivered by a competent teaching faculty through a masterful mix of learning modalities: online, distance or, when health conditions permit, face-to-face learning.
It is also noteworthy that OLFU is one among a few select schools to be granted the Certificate of Authority by the CHEd, allowing it to conduct limited face-to-face classes in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic; a testament to the University’s established and effective community safety protocols.
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MAJOR IN BANKING
This program aims to equip the students with sound and relevant knowledge and skills in Banking and Finance. It intends to provide a strong foundation in banking operations, investment principles and policies geared towards producing key executives and personnel in banks and other financial institutions. The curriculum allows the students to obtain another diploma in International Business under the Australian Qualifications Framework if the students want to convert some units under AQF.
IACBE ACCREDITATION
The College of Business and Accountancy at Our Lady of Fatima University has received specialized accreditation for the following business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) located at 11960 Quivira Road in Overland Park, Kansas, USA. The IACBE grants accreditation for business-related and accounting programs that are equivalent to an education at the U.S. post-secondary degree level. Locations and delivery modes for program offerings are at the sole discretion of the Member.

They are calculated as the ratio of the total number of graduates for a particular year (who land in a job within twoyears from the time of graduation) over the total number of graduates. 1. DATA ACCESS. The backdoor data can only be accessed by the AAO/UCQM whowill then process the data (tally all results, etc.) and then forward said results back to the respective colleges/programs. The only work of the colleges/programs is to provide AAO/UCQM the contact list of their Graduates with the following necessary information (Full name, personal email addresses). |
