The College of Pharmacy (CoP) of Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) yet again delivered outstanding achievement, this time in the November 2023 Pharmacists Licensure Examination where OLFU’s Antipolo Campus bested other educational institutions and outshone as the Top 8 Performing School.

Emerging this year as a powerhouse in the state’s pharmacist exam, OLFU Antipolo claimed Top 8 with an impressive 87.1 percent passing rate. It will be recalled that in the November 2022 Boards, the same OLFU campus placed Top 6, logging an 83.56 percent passing rate.

The latest combined board performance of OLFU alumni-pharmacists resulted in an overall 79.24 percent passing rate, a record ahead of the 73.65 percent national passing rate.

OLFU welcomes a total of 271 newly minted pharmacists.

On 08 November 2023, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced a total of 2,974 successful passers out of 4,038 who took the licensure examination across the country.

The proponents of the examination were members of the Board of Pharmacy headed by Office-in-Charge Dr. Mildred Oliveros. The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration is slated on December 13-15, December 18-22, December 26-29, 2023, and January 2-3, 2024. – Raymond Lumagsao
