On February 5, 2015, the MOA signing between OLFU and the Quezon City Police District took place at the Conference Hall of the QCPD Headquarters at Camp Karingal. The event was attended by Police Chief Superintendent Joel D. Pagdilao the District Director, Dr. Heracleo Lagrada the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OLFU), Police Senior Superintendent Danilo Bautista the District Deputy Director for Operations, Police Senior Superintendent Danilo Abalos the District Director for Administration, Dean Zorobabel S. Laureles, Dr. Alicia T. Segundo and Dr. Ramonita Salazar and the officers and men of QCPD.
The Memorandum of agreement is partnership for the conduct of the Practicum Program of Criminology Interns.
