Last 17 February 2020, the Philippine Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) commended the College of Criminal Justice (CCJ) of Our Lady of Fatima University- Pampanga for its “exemplary performance in the November 2019 Criminologist Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission- Professional Regulatory Board of Criminology (PRC-PRBC)”. Such is inscribed in the citation awarded at the Crystal Wave Resort & Event Center in Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
Further, the PCAP-Region 3 Chapter hailed OLFU CCJ Pampanga for placing as Top 2 among other criminology schools in the region with 50 to 99 examinees. The November 2019 licensure examination yielded a passing rate of 86.54% for First Takers from OLFU Pampanga.
The recognition rites on February 17th coincided with the oath-taking of Region 3’s newly-licensed Criminologists and new PCAP members. OLFU’s plaque of recognition was presented by Hon. Atty. Ramil Gabao- Chairman of the PRC-PRBC, and Cong. Jorge Antonio Bustos- PATROL Party List. Also present were George Fernandez PhD- PRC-PRBC member, Dr. Gerry Cano- PCAP National President, and Dr. Alfie Sarmiento- PCAP Region 3 Director. Vanessa Candao, faculty member of CCJ Pampanga/ Program Head of CCJ Cabanatuan, received the award on behalf of OLFU.
