PACUCOA Visits OLFU Valenzuela

For 2 rigorous days last February 26 to 28, the Our Lady of Fatima University – Valenzuela Campus was visited by a team of PACUCOA accreditors to evaluate a total of six (6) University program offerings to affirm and update  their individual ranks in FAAP Program Accreditation. The programs are currently acknowledged  at various levels of accreditation. The Level 1 formal degree programs that were evaluated included B.S. in Medical Technology. B.S. in Computer Science,  B.S. in Information Technology and B.S. in Business Administration. Higher ranked (Level II) programs B.S. in Physical Therapy and B.S. HRM)  were likewise evaluated.

Dra. Esther Vedaña as Chair of the PACUCOA team led 8 other accreditors during the recent visit. These accreditors are top level administrators in various Colleges and Universites around the country. Among them: Dr. Ernesto Ramirez (Medtech), Dean Bernardino Malang(CS/IT), Prof.  Cristina Aquino (HRM),Prof Virginia Calabria (BA), Dean Jocelyn Agcaoli(PT), Dr. Linda Mondonedo(Library), Engr. Noel Amao (Physical) and Dr. Corazon Quintana (SPS).

University President Dra. Caroline Enriquez and the EVP Mr. Don August Santos led the OLFU endeavor. College Deans including Dean Ignacio Cordova(HRM/BA), Dra. Mary Anne Santos and Prof Maritoni Pablo(PT), Dean Jurel Nuevo(Medtech) and Dean Raymond Macatangga(CS/IT) were on hand to direct college preparations. University Accreditation Committee Heads Dean Olive De Vera and Prof Anna Ocampo provided critical support.

The visit ended in a high note as the PACUCOA team congratulated OLFU administration, hinting that  all of the programs visited merited advancement in their levels of accreditation. Go Fatima!
