QC’s College of MedLab and Student Aytona, BOTH TAKE TOP 8 in Licensure Examination

In the February 2017 Medical Laboratory Licensure Examination, Our Lady of Fatima University garnered a number of positive outcomes.

 

First, the College of Medical Laboratory Science (CMLS) of OLFU’s Quezon City Campus emerged as the Top 8th Performing School in the said licensure test. It yielded an 85.71% overall passing rate which was significantly higher than the national passing rate of 73.94%.

 

Second, CMLS of OLFU-QC’s very own Irekevin Tura Aytona likewise snagged the Top 8th place, finishing the exam with a score of 89.10%.

 

Third, the Antipolo Campus’ first-takers in the exam reflected a passing rate of 91.11%; while the Valenzuela Campus showed a passing rate of 86.18% for its first-takers.

 

Lastly, the University celebrates a total of 232 newly-certified Medical Technologists who come from the various campuses of OLFU.

 

It’s another winning record for the school.
