CBA-SWEP Paves the Way for Future Leaders

The College of Business and Accountancy–Supervised Work Experience Program, CBA-SWEP, launched its Leadership Training Program, also known as LTP, last year. The program aims to develop the initiative, critical thinking and communication skills of students. It is open to all CBA students who have the passion to learn from industry leaders and experts through seminars and conferences. CBA-SWEP makes these possible in collaboration with industry partners through its Academe Industry Linkages and Pathways (AILP). The College is fully committed in establishing mutual help and assistance among industry partners in training and enhancing the leadership skills of  students.
