Student Financial Services

Student Financial Services department (SFS) is a university wide department that focuses on all matters regarding student accounts. Its main objective is to properly handle the student database and ensure that each student ledger is up-to-date.

Aside from database management, SFS also handles the University’s scholarships, fellowships, financial grants, and financial aid. Together with the registrar department and the colleges, SFS aims to provide the right financial support, whether merit or needs based.

The department started as an accounting office that was in charge of student payments, through the years, it has grown to include the rest of its services and even manages outside payment channels with partner banks, online payment portals, and other cash management institutions.

Student Payment Instructions

• Payment for tuition and miscellaneous fees are accepted primarily at student cashier windows of the Student Accounting Office of each campus.
• Payments accepted can be in the form of cash or checks.
  • All programs except Doctor of Medicine – Checks are payable to Our Lady of Fatima University Inc.
  • College of Medicine – Checks are payable to Fatima Medical Science Foundation Inc.
  • Cabanatuan campus – Checks are payable to Nueva Ecija Doctors Colleges Inc.

• Bank Over The Counter Payments
  • The university has partnered with major banks all over the nation to create more payment channels for the students.
  • Depending on where you are enrolled, major banks (such as: Metrobank, East West, Metrobank, PNB, BPI, BPI-Family Savings Unionbank, etc.) are authorized to accept tuition fee payments. Other payments for other school fees such as bookstore items, uniforms, and manuals are accepted only in the campus accounting office.
  • Students/parents/guardians paying at these bank centers need to know the correct student ID number (found in Student ID Card or Registration Card)

• Online Payments
  • BPI Expressonline is available for students and parents who are enrolled in BPI and BPI Family Expressonline payment portal.
  • Metrobank Direct Personal Online Banking is available for students and parents who are enrolled in the Metrobank Direct portal. Metrobank accounts holders must be registered at their host branches to use this service.
