OLFU’s College of Physical Therapy remains as one of the most distinguished Physical Therapy schools in the country, producing numerous topnotchers in the Physical Therapist Licensure Examinations of the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC), as well as in the Respiratory Therapist Licensure Examinations. It provides first-rate education through its faculty members mainly composed of licensed physicians who have specialized in their respective fields of expertise, registered physical therapists and respiratory therapists with master’s degrees or units that have immersed them in teaching excellence and ethical patient care.
Its modern facilities, equipment, and updated curriculum provide top-quality training and instill unequalled proficiency and performance. Furthermore, it provides training programs that expose students to a variety of clinical settings through its partnerships and affiliations with government hospitals, private hospitals, and community-based centers.
Today, students of the College of Physical Therapy reap the full benefits from OLFU’s world-class learning platforms and resources which are paired with state-of-the-art facilities and laboratories—all delivered by a competent teaching faculty through a masterful mix of learning modalities: online, distance or, when health conditions permit, face-to-face learning.
It is also noteworthy that OLFU is one among a few select schools to be granted the Certificate of Authority by the CHEd, allowing it to conduct limited face-to-face classes in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic; a testament to the University’s established and effective community safety protocols.
