The Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP) has honored Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) Antipolo City Campus as one of the Top Performing Schools (TPS) for 2024 in their Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) assessment.

The recognition was conferred during the HREAP General Membership Meeting held on 25 October 2024, at the Infinity Ballroom of F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

The evaluation period for this prestigious assessment spanned from June 2023 to June 2024, during which both alumni graduates and fourth-year students of the Psychology Department were assessed. OLFU Antipolo City Campus achieved an impressive TPS Institutional Average Rating of 90.79 percent, with an overall institutional passing rate of 80.58 percent. This performance reflects the university’s commitment to academic excellence and its effective preparation of students for careers in human resource management.

Dr. Alicia Tablizo, Program Head of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Psychology Department, and Mark Anthony Cabanda, Alumni Coordinator, represented the campus in receiving the award. This accolade not only showcases the academic achievements of OLFU Antipolo City but also underscores its pivotal role in advancing human resource education in the Philippines.

The recognition from HREAP is particularly noteworthy given the competitive nature of the assessment, which categorized OLFU among institutions with 50 to 100 examinees. This distinction also positions the campus as one of the leading educational institutions dedicated to upholding high standards in human resource education.

The Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) assessment evaluates the essential knowledge required for human resource practitioners, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared for their careers. The university’s success in the CHRA assessment is expected to further enhance its reputation and attract prospective students seeking quality education in the field of human resources. —Raymond Lumagsao
