1. Admissions Office.
The Admissions Office is responsible for admissions processing of all incoming students,recruitment efforts, career orientation talks to high school students, campus tours and events, and transitioningaccepted freshmen and transferees to the OLFU community.
2. Registrar’s Office.
The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining and updating the official university records of enrollment and academic standing of all officially enrolled students. This office is also in charge with finalizing and publicizing schedules and procedures related to enrolment, all major examinations, andupdated record of all course programs, curricular subjects, as well as descriptions of all course subjects.
3. Student Financial Services (formerly Student Accounting Office).
The office is primarily responsible formaintaining an accurate billing and collection of student’s tuition and miscellaneous fees. Review of student assessments and payments prior to graduation or honorable dismissal applications are centered in this office. Otherschool fee payments likewise are accepted here. It also facilitates processing of scholarships and financial aids that students can readily avail of.
The Dean’s Office is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and implementation of the academic programs of the college. The primary responsibilities of the Dean’s Office include overseeing college operations, setting policies and developing strategies to turn the school’s vision for the future into a reality. In making these decisions, the school’s leaders consult with our faculty, staff, students and the university administration.It is tasked to efficiently implement university academic policies and its faculty development program. Thus, it provides overall administrative supervision over all activities in the college. The Dean’s Office is always open forany studentrelated concerns. Its staff and personnel are there to entertain any questions, inquiries or concerns you may wish to clarify or resolve.
This office is primarily devoted to nurturing aculture of research in the university through collaborative work and integration of innovative approaches amongcolleges, departments and offices. The RDIC coordinates and conducts advisory sessions and trainings on various research protocols and studies, accepts and recommends funding for various research works, produce and publishuniversity and college research journals and publications.
6. Center for Guidance Services (CGS).
This office provides psychological, educational, and social supportservices to the university community in order to help students adjust and be more focused in their academic,personal, and social pursuits. The office provides developmental programs and services, consultations, crisisintervention, psychological assessment, training, and supervision to the students.
8. Health and Wellness Center.
This aims to develop and provide high level of health care for the optimum level ofhealth for the students, promote health consciousness among the students and implement primary health programsgeared towards disease prevention.
9. Social Orientation and Community Involvement Office (SOCI Office).
The aim of the office is to developmeaning social awareness among OLFU students though relevant and high-impact community outreach programs and activities. Students become participants in these outreach activities making them sensitive to the needs of ourless-fortunate neighbors.
10. Co-curricular Office.
This office ensures the provision of a variety of co-curricular activities for its students. It provides a holistic development of students through sports and games, cultivates cultural literacy and artistic potentialities, making the students’ stay in the university more enriching. It promotes and supervises various interests and academic-based organizations where students can actively involve themselves in.
11. Alumni Affairs Office.
The Alumni Office is tasked with keeping OLFU alumni informed of all different alumna events, activities, accomplishments and other latest news and information about their alma mater. It maintains and updates an alumni tracking system to ensure continuous communication with its graduates.
13. Student Information Center (Office of Student Solutions).
The main responsibility of the office is toprovide accurate and updated information to students, guests and visitors.
14. International Student Admissions and Services (ISAS).
University unit responsible for the enrollment and admission assistance of International students, including assistance and advising for student visa application and renewals, and other related procedures for International (non- Filipino) OLFU students.
