Philhealth On-Site Card Capturing
Philhealth benefits are government-mandated benefits given to all employees. Contributions on the said benefit are necessary for employees for hospitalization discounts. It has been a practice that filling in forms (Claim Forms) is seen as a hassle in claiming hospitalization from Philhealth. Hence, the HRD has provided an on-site data capturing for employees to obtain a PVC-type card which will be shown to the hospital in claiming hospitalization assistance as it aims to cut the process of going from one hospital department to another.
The On-site Card Capturing was rendered to the employees of the different campuses on the following dates:
The new Philhealth Card will be issued three weeks after the end of the event date through the HR staff assigned at the branches.
