Once again reaffirming its stature as a pillar of nursing education in the country, Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) proudly celebrates another milestone with two of its Bachelor of Science in Nursing alumni emerging as topnotchers in the May 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE).
Jemuel Kyle Bejar, of OLFU Pampanga Campus, secured an impressive 6th place nationally, scoring 88.80 percent, while Desiree Ann Abejero, from the Antipolo City Campus, clinched the 9th spot with a score of 88.20 percent. Their remarkable achievements reflect the University’s continuous pursuit of excellence and its commitment to cultivating highly competent healthcare professionals.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), through its Board of Nursing, released the results on 14 May 2025, announcing that 6,935 out of 10,770 examinees passed the PNLE held in 18 testing centers nationwide.
Among the successful examinees, 571 newly licensed nurses were graduates of OLFU College of Nursing—contributing a significant 8.24 percent to the country’s fresh pool of registered nurses. This figure not only represents the largest share from a single institution but also underscores OLFU’s role as a key player in fortifying the Philippine healthcare system.
Across multiple campuses, OLFU’s performance in the May 2025 PNLE surpassed the national average. The University’s consolidated results yielded an overall passing rate higher than the national average of 64.40 percent—serving as a strong testament to OLFU’s commitment to quality assurance in both academic delivery and clinical training.
This feat follows the University’s equally outstanding showing in the November 2024 PNLE, where four graduates landed in the top 10.

In the same November 2024 cycle, all five OLFU campuses surpassed 90 percent in first-time takers’ passing rates, with Nueva Ecija achieving a perfect 100 percent.
Widely hailed as the Home of the Topnotchers, OLFU has consistently proven its dedication to academic excellence, professional readiness, and nation-building through its nursing program.
As the newest cohort of Fatimanian nurses prepares to take their oaths and join the professional ranks, OLFU continues to uphold its mission of shaping future leaders in healthcare—leaders who exemplify excellence, compassion, and service.
