Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) celebrates the recent recognition conferred upon two of its executives: Dr. Mylene S. Abad Santos- Vice President for Student Affairs, and Dr. Michael Joseph D. Diño, Director of the Research Development and Innovation Center.

Last 29 November 2019, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) jointly recognized Dr. Santos and Dr. Diño as Distinguished Thomasians during the 5th Distinguished Thomasian Alumni Night 2019 at the Dr. Robert C. Sy Grand Ballroom, UST, Espana, Manila.

Distinguished Thomasian

Dr. Santos, or Doc Mylene as she is more fondly called, graduated from the UST with two degrees: a BS in Biology, and an MA in Nursing. On the other hand, Dr. Diño or Doc MJ earned his PhD in Development Studies from the UST.

In UST’s website, Distinguished Thomasians are those who “exemplify the Thomasian values of competence and excellence in their respective fields of expertise in pioneering human endeavors, compassion for others, and commitment to their profession.”

OLFU considers these achievements of its two leaders as a great source of pride and joy.
