Dr. Ignacio C. Cordova, Jr., CHIM & CBA Dean, together with Mr. Jomar T. Parel Supervised Work Experience Program Coordinator, and Ms. Armina Javier, Program Head, BS Tourism, OLFU Quezon City campus went to Thailand to visit student-interns at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G at 445/3 Wongamart Beach, Naklua Road, Soi 16, Pattaya Chonburi, Thailand last May 7-9, 2014.
OLFU-CHIM is committed in providing quality trainings through increasing International Partnerships with the neighboring Asian countries, like Thailand. The partnership officially made with a Ceremonial MOA Signing between OLFU and Pullman Pattaya Hotel G with Ms. Ploypaitoon, Training Manager and Ms. Stephanie, Front Office Training. Mr. Sophon Vongchatchaonont, General Manager made a courtesy call to Our Lady of Fatima University and discuss the rationale of the Thailand Practicum, OLFU students’ performance and the opportunities for Filipino students.
There are Seven (7) CHIM Students (3 BSHRM and 4 BSTM students) who are currently having International Training in Pullman Pattaya Hotel G in Thailand for Six Months, namely:

- CAMILLE V. GARING BSTM Front Office Dept.
- PRINCESS DIANNE D. PERIA BSTM Front Office Dept.
- VIEN ANGELIQUE SAUL BSTM Front Office Dept.
- JERIC A. MACALI BSHRM Food & Beverage Service
- ROGELIO OLAN, JR. BSHRM Food & Beverage Service
- JHOANNA MARIE TORRES BSHRM Front Office Dept.
These 7 CHIM students already started International Training at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G last November 27, 2013 and ends on May 25, 2014.
Also, OLFU made another International Partnership with Pullman Bangkok Hotel G located at 188 Silom Road, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. Mr. Dan Benzaquin, Hotel Manager and Sirirat Palakawong Na Ayudhaya, Director for Human Resources welcome OLFU in the Executive Lounge and made a ceremonial MOA Signing. There will be Three (3) BSHRM students bound to start in Pullman Bangkok as practicumer this July 2014, namely:

- Armee Joy M. Dela Cruz BSHRM Food & Beverage Service
- Kristine Joyce D. Espino BSHRM Food & Beverage Service
In addition, CHIM visited the students’ housing and monitors the students’ performance through meeting with immediate supervisors/managers and see the actual hotel operations.
Certainly, OLFU-CHIM through the Supervised Work Experience Program office is committed to bring International Quality Training amongst our students.
