What a smashing finish during the ISAAL Badminton Tournament for the Basic Education Department of Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU-BED)!

Competing against 13 other prestigious schools in the Inter-School Academic and Athletic League or ISAAL, OLFU-BED’s daring shuttlecock masters claimed prime spots in the series of matches.

Leading the list of victors are Kimberly Del Carmen and Jemmia Coloma, from BED’s Grade 7-Outstanding and -Optimism, respectively, who brought home First Place or the Gold in the “Under 12 Doubles Girls” category.

Kimberly also snagged Second Place or a Silver in the “Under 12 Singles” category.

Taking the Third Place or Bronze Award were: Angela Monteverde & Oprah Penelope Sanguyo (Gr. 7- Fidelity), Under 12 Doubles Girls; Kyla del Carmen & Ericka Ponciano (Gr. 9-Fidelity and Gr. 11- ABM 11 Yr1-7, respectively), Under 18 Doubles Girls; Steff Capiral & Avril Imana (Gr. 9-Faith and Gr. 10- Uplifting, respectively), Under 15 Mixed Doubles; and, Roderico Laurice de Dios & Ericka Ponciano (Gr. 10- Unity and Gr. 11- ABM 11 Y1-7), Under 18 Mixed Doubles.
