In August 2017, the College of Pharmacy of Our Lady of Fatima University- Quezon City Campus (OLFU-QC), in cooperation with the Pharmacy Students Society (PSS), spearheaded three activities, namely: a) a Leadership Training Seminar, b) a Team Building, and c) a Time Management Seminar. These initiatives were held last August 10 and 23, 2017 at the San Jose Building Auditorium of OLFU-QC.
With student-leaders as the primary audience, the initiatives intended to enhance leadership qualities that contribute to building a stronger, better nation. Much appreciation goes out to distinguished OLFU alumni who served as speakers; inspiring and firing-up the students to bring out and hone their hidden potentials.

Gellie Eve Caranguian, RPh, an Alumna of Our Lady of Fatima University, encouraged everyone to be involved in the activities of Social Orientation and Community Involvement.
Kenneth Paulo S. Viray, RPh, stressed, “Our life is not a stress-free life; but, we can make it a stress-proof life.”
Laarni U. Alastoy declared, “Leadership is not a position, it is an opportunity to lead in an effective way, and a responsibility to do better for the sake of the whole team.”
Emannuel V. Magayo, RPh, a Batch 2016 alumnus said, “Leadership is influence, always has been, always will be, and within you. And you have the power to increase that influence.
