PAMPANGA, QUEZON CITY AND VALENZUELA CAMPUS: NO CLASSES from Pre-School to Senior High School today, 26 JULY 2017, due to inclement weather condition.
Past graduates of Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) teamed-up to give free medical consultation and services to community residents. These Alumni Affairs Medical Missions took place on May 21 and 28, 2017, spearheaded by the Valenzuela and Quezon City Campuses, respectively.
Held right on the campus grounds of the schools, a buffet of medical services was offered up to residents: dental, bone density test, circumcision, ophthalmology, physical therapy treatment & service, electrocardiogram, ear-nose-throat consultation, obstetrician-gynaecology consultation, cholesterol level determination, internal medicine, complete blood count & chemistry profile/ fasting blood sugar level/ urine analysis, ankle-brachial index test and well-baby check-up.
With both alumni and employees pitching in, the Alumni Affairs initiatives garnered cooperation from the following OLFU Colleges: Business Administration, Arts & Sciences, Computer Studies, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Medicine, Graduate School and Dentistry.
In Valenzuela, 94 volunteers extended their services to a total of 394 patients. On the other hand, the Quezon City campus saw 157 volunteers giving aid to 252 patients.
