Research empowers the inquisitive mind; it stretches capacities and challenges the intellect to discover far more than what it already knows. An invaluable component in the academe, it drives educators and learners alike to further probe, seek and unfold realities beyond the perceived.
In line with Our Lady of Fatima University’s (OLFU) numerous research-based initiatives, the Graduate School, together with Phi Delta Kappa International Philippines, and the Research Development and Innovation Center, will be hosting its 10th Annual Graduate Faculty-Students Research Forum with the theme, “Nurturing Academic Excellence through Research and Publication” on 10 February 2019, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Allied Medical Science (AMS) Auditorium, Valenzuela Campus.
The symposium will feature a diverse set of research projects from distinguished Graduate School faculty, as well as concurrent research presentations from its alumni, touching various topics on Education, Health, and Business. Additionally, it will be graced by Jaime C. Montoya, Executive Director of the Philippine Council for Health Research and Development, as guest speaker.
Faculty members and students are highly encouraged to attend and bring their research curiosities to the forum, where they can interact with scholars and researchers from different disciplines. Poster presentations are also accepted.
Admission to the 10th Annual Graduate Faculty-Students Research Forum is priced at P500 per attendee, inclusive of snacks, lunch, conference materials, and certificate.
