         A.)   Proceed to the Office For International Students (Ground Floor AMS building room 102). The following are included requirements:      

     1. Official transcript of records
     2. Diploma or Certificate of Graduation     
     3. Certificate of good moral character (from former school)     
     4. Certificate of graduation      
     5. Affidavit of Financial Support by parents or guardians from country of origin. (2 copies)       
     6. Police clearance
           *Items 1 – 6 Must be authenticated by Philippine Embassy or Consulate from Country of origin.
 
    
    Additional requirements:

      7. Photocopy of passport
      8. Letter of application
       9. Personal history statement
      10. Appropriate Visa
