FEMAC stands for Fatima Employees-Management Council, an employee and management organization in Our Lady of Fatima University.

Its objectives are:

Promote mutual trust and confidence between the employees and management

Provide ways and means to promote the general welfare of the employees and the growth of the company

Ensure that the working conditions, both physical and psychological are handled appropriately and taken care of

Improve the quality and standard of life of all employees
